- No one allowed behind perimeter fence line without Sanctuary Staff
and YOU MUST SIGN RELEASE FORM if you want to go on tour!
- If you are a volunteer or intern please sign in.
- At 7:30 PM please stay inside cabin/tent as this allows shy wolves
to come out of their holes.
- No howling by people unless wolves start first.
- Be VERY careful with woodstove or braai fires - STAFF ONLY!
- Photographs are allowed BUT you must ask permission to use them for
anything other than family use.
Tsitsikamma Wolf Sanctuary will charge you if you are a professional
photographer. Price is R200, and You Must Credit The Project, The Lupus
Foundation/Tsitsikamma Wolf Sanctuary has Copyright.
- Please pick up after yourself and your children.
- No dogs or pets
- No loud talking, screaming, or running around.
- Tsitsikamma reserves the right to ask you to leave.
- If closed sign is up across the walkway, DO NOT ENTER! We may be having
a Wolf Medical emergency.
- Please contribute: R20-00 per person, per visit. Or better yet, become
a member for R100-00/year and get our quarterly newsletter! Or become
a volunteer and help around the project.
- Obey Sanctuary Staff when on tours, stay half a meter from fence
line and do not put fingers /body or clothes through or up against primary
fence.
- Do not block our neighbor's driveway or firebreaks.
- Please Recycle and Compost your garbage where appropriate.
- Think about becoming a member or a Volunteer!
- The Sanctuary is not a zoo. It is a sanctuary set up to care for
rescued animals. Their comfort and mental wellbeing comes before anything
else. Tours may be canceled or changed without notice if the staff deems
it is in the best interest of the animals.
- NO SMOKING except in designated areas. No drinking of alcohol, or
use of drugs, or weapons allowed on the property.
